1. What has your team accomplished?
This week our team has accomplished a lot. We have gotten the base completed, with legs to give it height. We have also finished the center piece, that contains the stages of the developing fertilized egg. The four stages of the egg have been cut out, sanded, and painted to its appropriate display. All was put together, with the plastic cover wrapped around it, however, we had a bad misfortune.
2. What is your team currently working on?
We are working on putting the finishing touches on the project, also we are working on repairing our misfortune. The plastic shattered in the process of cleaning a sticky residue off of it. The cleaning product made the plastic shatter, and crack. What we need to is to finish the electrical circuit, and re-staple the plastic on to the circular system.
3. What are your team's plans for the next week?
Next week we plan on being done with the whole project and presenting it to the kids, and the director of the kids exhibits. That is all, however, we want to be able to have a paper on the side of the exhibit that explains whats going on withing the circular exhibit.
4. What areas do you need assistance with?
Our group does need need assistance needs a lot of help with the build plan because we are having a hard time on writing step by step how we are going to build our prototype. We are also struggling on the cut list. We find it to be hard to do this because we do not have any experience on this. We are also struggling on the sketches because the way our teacher wants the drawing is very particular and hard to fu-fill. However, we are working hard to make our teacher happy :)
